                                                                                                  Bohol beach getaway.            It was a great family bonding. We had a great time there at Aloha Beach Resort. The beach was so clean and relaxing. I enjoyed playing in the beach,   building sand castles. Beaches are the best places where we can enjoy with our families and friends. We are the champion!           I was a little bit nervous and thrilled because I was going to be one to represent my school for the interschool basketball tournament. Our opponent from different school was also well-trained and powerful who had won many championships. We showed our best and work so well. We never failed our school to bring the trophy and gold medal being the champion.  My Birthday!         I enjoyed my birthday party very much. My parents had a hard time in preparing.  Hello guys today im playing drum if you dont know a drum a drum is a  percussion instrument sounded by being struck with sticks or the hands, typically cylindrical, barrel-shaped, or bowl-shaped, with a taut membrane over one or both ends.      Pinag-iisipan ko muna nang maraming beses bago ako gumawa ng  anumang pasya. Dapat hindi ako magmamadali, mataranta, dapat talaga  mag-iingat at magingmatapang        Sa aking pagpapasaya, kailangan ko ng gabay ng aking mga magulang para hindi ako magkamali.  upang magkakaroon ako ng tamang direksiyon sa pagkamit ng aking mga abisyon sa buhay.      Isa ako sa ibang taong biktima ng pambubulas at ito ay nakababahala dahil may posibilidad na magiging matakutin at makaapekto sa kanilang pagkikilahok sa paaralan at makapag papababa ng kanilang marka.           Nakakita ako noon ng isang tinedyer na nanakit ng isang mag-aaral. Pero hindi sya maaaring sisihin kung bakit niya magawa dahil pinilit at tinakot lang rito ng ibang tao upang gawin ito . Ginagamit niya ang kilos-loob upang ibigay sa tao ang nararapat para sa kanya.            Isa ako sa nakaranas naging overweight.          The luntang is a xylophone instrument played either by a single person or two persons sitting on either side. The instrument is quite often used for self-entertainment to keep farmers awake while scaring birds off the fields. It was also used as a form of long-distance communication. The luntang is a type of Philippine xylophone of the Maguindanaon people, strung vertically, with five horizontal logs hung in ascending order arranged by pitch. The Maguindanaon refer to this instrument as a luntang while the Yakan call it a kwintangan kayo.                                                           Heres a short video of a luntang instrument
