Intramurals journal

             School intramurals is a fun, recreational, social and competitive on campus sports activities. it is a great way of playing students in different level. Activities emphasize group spirit and the enjoyment of sports. 



    










            The main reason why i want to get involved with intramurals sports originally was just to play my favorite sports, basketball. It is so nice to return to that feeling of playing a game you love and having as much fun doing it and you are not alone. Playing with friends, having them as teammates and being able to compete with them just makes you closer.
  

Through this sportsmanship, values and leadership are being developed to everyone that's why majority of the players after the activities taken are concluding that, "it is not important if you win or loss in a game, what is more important is how you played the game". Getting involved in intramurals might even help you form long lasting friendships and end up being the highlight of your year.

            Ang kahirapan ay isa sa mga problema na kinaharap ng mga Pilipino at problemang hindi matapos tapos at hindi rin masolusyonan.    Bakit mahalaga ang pagiging matapat                     Mahalaga ang pagiging matapat upang tayo ay pagkakatiwalaan sa ating mga kapwa. Ito ay nagdudulot ng mabuting relasyon sa ibang tao at nagpapakita na ikay maasahan sa oras ng pangangailangan malaki ang pagkakataon na ikaw ay tutulongan din ng iba. Mahalaga ang pagtulong sa kapwa sapagkat kung may pagtutulongan ang bawat isa ay mas madaling magagawa ang maraming bagay at magkaroon ng pagkakaisa.                     Bibiyaan tayo ng kapayapaan ng isipan at paggalang sa sarili. makukuha natin ang respeto ng mga tao at magiging matapat din sila sa atin sapagkat mabuti ang ating pakikitungo. Mahalaga ang pagiging matapat sapagkat kung matapat ka sa isang tao ay susuklian ka ng katapatan.

                                Little Girls Friend A little girl is playing on the ricefields water pump, she was happy and laughing, hopping and running. Her mother asks her what she is doing alone and the little girl answered I’m not alone I’m with them they are  my  friends they give me this glittering stone, opening her hands showing mud and plants to her mother. So her mother ask a mananambal because her child has high fever and so sick that she don’t want to eat. The mananambal told her that her child has befriended an engkanto and one of them like her child. They have to offer a 3 white chicken on the waterpump and make the blood flow on the water way of the ricefield where the child was playing, put salt on the window and door of the house so that the engkanto who like her child could not see her inside th
